Sudbury Right Fielder Picked OBA Player of the Week Monday, August 9th , 1897 This week's top performer in the Ontario Baseball Association was right fielder Judá Guzmán of the Sudbury Meteors. He lashed out a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Guzmán tagged 14 hits in 28 at-bats and no home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 8 times. So far this season Guzmán is batting .325 with 1 home run. |
