Sault Ste. Marie Blanks Sudbury Behind Lindsay Wednesday, June 27th , 1888 It wasn't easy but Blair Lindsay made it look that way. Lindsay silenced the Sudbury Meteors, 3-0, in a Sault Ste. Marie Rapids triumph at Rapids Park today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Lindsay said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 3 walks and 8 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
