Urbina Whitewashes Caguas, 2-0 Tuesday, October 5th , 1897 Carmelo Urbina hurled nothing but zeros at the Caguas Criollos in an impressive outing at Parque de los Capitanes today. The Mayaguez pitcher allowed 5 hits, fanned 1 and walked 1 in blanking Caguas, 2-0. "There were a lot of frustrated guys walking back to the dugout today," Caguas manager Jorge Goris said.
