Jardines de los Fundadores was the site of quite a ballgame.

The Anasco Fundadores topped the Cayey Toritos, 4-3, in Liga Hostos action at Jardines de los Fundadores. The standout performance belonged to Anasco pitcher and Ceiba, Puerto Rico, native Timoteo González. Anasco reliever Menelao Magaña picked up the win, upping his record to 18-29. Casto Arana absorbed the loss.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Anasco trailing 3-2, Adelmo García hit a fastball from Casto Arana to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Fundadores had a walk-off win.

"We need to get rid of the bad mojo," said García. "Maybe this win will help."

Anasco is now 48-87, Cayey 47-88.
