Late Rally Gets 8-7 Win for Claymores
The Edinburgh Claymores outlasted Íñigo Pichardo and the Perth Caber Tossers, 8-7. Pichardo was impressive in the loss. The Perth shortstop was 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The second-place Claymores now have a win-loss record of 51-46.

Bernard Baker clinched the win with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 11th. In the game, the Edinburgh center fielder was 1-3 with a double and 2 walks. He scored 2 times.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Baker said.
