Rams Knock Off Fog at Rams Park
The Derby Rams picked up a win at Rams Park, knocking off the London Fog, 5-2. Starting pitcher Stephen Thompson was a big reason why. The Rams now own a record of 32-19.

With one out in the bottom of the sixth, John Denis lit into a fastball from Bob Richards for a 2-run home run. That made the score 3-1 in favor of the Rams. For the day, Denis went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"I'll be honest," said Thompson. "I was running on fumes at the end."
