Trowsdale Plays Big Role in Galveston Win
The Galveston Gulls beat the Tyler Pecan Kings, 6-1. Galveston pitcher and Windsor, Canada, native Jerry Trowsdale led the way. Galveston's record now stands at 35-33, placing them second in the Association of Eastern Texas Galveston Circuit.

Trowsdale gave Galveston a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 6 hits over 9 innings.
