Muñoz Helps Patillas Cruise to 10-3 Win
The Patillas Cuervos trumped the Cabo Rojo Combatientes, 10-3, at Jardines de los Cuervos. Patillas right fielder Adrián Muñoz was terrific. He went 4-5 with 4 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. At 69-58, the Cuervos are currently second in the Liga Betances Sureste.

One pivotal at-bat came with one out in the top of the third. With the bases loaded and Cabo Rojo trailing 3-0, Luis Martínez needed to bear down against César Pérez. Martínez won the battle, as Pérez lined out and the Cuervos went on to win.
