Gaspar Silva helped his team muscle past the Dorado Guardianes, 8-7. In the game, the Guayanilla left fielder went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5. The Electricos improved to 58-60.

Guayanilla used a timely hit from Jorge González to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Electricos ahead, 8-7. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," González told the Guayanilla Herald. "It's as simple as that."
