The Culebra Tortugas picked up a win at Estadio de Yabucoa, knocking off the Yabucoa Azucareros, 5-3. Starting pitcher Jesús López played a key role in the triumph. With the win, the Tortugas have a record of 48-52.

Culebra used a timely hit from Tito Dueñas to get the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Tortugas ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Dueñas. "And not try to do too much."
