Acacio Ramírez made an impact in the 9-4 Arroyo win over Aguadilla. Ramírez, who finished 5th in the LB in hits with 159 in 1888, was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. The Bucaneros lead the Liga Betances Sureste by 13 games.

A key moment came with two out in the bottom of the seventh. That's when Bucaneros pinch hitter José Lora hit a slider from Jairo Loya for a 2-run single, putting Arroyo up, 5-4.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Lora said.
