The Guanica Amigos defeated the Culebra Tortugas, 11-5, at Parque de Culebra today. Leading the charge for Guanica was center fielder Gerardo Alonso. He was 1-2 with 2 walks. He scored 2 runs. Guanica is now 35-17.

The Amigos got a big hit from pitcher Adelio Sigala. In the top of the seventh, Sigala pounded a bases-clearing double to right. His 2nd double of the season put the Amigos ahead, 11-4.
