Llaneros Snatch Late Win
The Toa Baja Llaneros topped the Toa Alta Poetas, 5-2, in Liga Hostos action at Parque de los Poetas. The standout performance belonged to Toa Baja pitcher and San Juan, Puerto Rico, native Uriel Corrales. The second-place Llaneros now have a win-loss record of 21-25.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Corrales delivered big-time for Toa Baja, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off Bernal López. The game-changing hit put the Llaneros on top, 4-2.

"I get a nice buzz from a win like this one," said Corrales.
