The Arroyo Bucaneros got a great start from 35-year-old left-hander Apolonio Delgado, as Arroyo won the contest, 7-2, at Estadio de los Gallitos. Delgado threw 9.0 innings of 6-hit ball in the win, which knotted the best-of-9 series at 3-3.

The Bucaneros benefited from a costly error in the top of the fifth. With Víctor Hugo Reyes at bat and Arroyo leading 2-1, the Isabela miscue allowed Arroyo to plate 1 and take the lead, 3-1.

Gallitos manager Práxedes Bello did not take questions after the game, telling assembled reporters that he would hold a press conference "if and when we win the Campeonato Nacional Puertorriqueño."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Estadio de los Gallitos in Isabela.
