Orocovis turned a good effort from starter Facundo Ramos into a win over the Vega Alta Maceteros at Estadio de los Maceteros. The final score was 5-2. With the victory, the Caciques upped their record to 20-11.

With Orocovis leading 2-0 in the top of the sixth, Ramos hit a 2-run single off Vega Alta hurler Gelmiro Reyes. It was the 12th hit of the season for Ramos and put his team ahead, 4-0.

"Facundo is still learning," said Caciques manager Germán Pérez. "The sky's the limit for him."
