Belfast Sweeps into the Championship of the British Isles
The Belfast Bards made it look easy and are heading to the Championship of the British Isles.

They have ousted the Glasgow Shipwrights in a sweep, the final win coming by a 4-2 score, clinching the 3-0 series win.

"Everything's clicking for us right now," said Bernardo Concepción, who was named MVP for the series.

Concepción hit .462 with a .462 on-base percentage. He added 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 4 runs.

The Belfast Bards will play against the Wrexham Druids in the next round. Wrexham won their series against the Coventry Motors 3 games to 0. The Championship of the British Isles schedule will be announced after the International Series finishes.
