Draveurs Lose 6-4 Decision to Privateers
Draveurs Stadium was the site for Ligue de Baseball du Québec action featuring the Gatineau Draveurs and Sherbrooke Privateers.

The Sherbrooke Privateers picked up a win at Draveurs Stadium, knocking off the Gatineau Draveurs, 6-4. Starting pitcher Jim Schurman was a big reason why. The win puts the Privateers at 55-42, while the Draveurs drop to 43-54.

Fabián Beltrán wielded some clout for Sherbrooke. The shortstop had a 3-run home run in the top of the third for the Privateers. It put his team ahead, 3-1, and sent them on to victory. For the game, Beltrán went 2-5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Schurman told the Sherbrooke News.
