Quebec City Wins, 7-6, in 12 Innings
The Quebec City Dons trumped the Sherbrooke Privateers, 7-6, at Dons Ballpark. Quebec City right fielder Freddie Moraine was terrific. He was 5-5 with 5 singles and a walk. The Dons raised their record to 29-53.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 12th inning, when Quebec City second baseman Russ Clary, facing Stan Dixon, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Dons the 7-6 win.

"Scoring runs is scoring runs," said Quebec City skipper Gerardo Martín. "It's important to have different ways to do it."
