Levis Fourches starter J.T. Rigg turned in a top-notch performance against the Thurso Bucherons at Fourches Park. The result was a win for the Fourches, 2-1. Rigg, the winner, moves to 6-12. He threw 9 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 1 and giving up 2 walks. At 22-30, the Fourches are currently third in the Ligue de Baseball du Québec Division Nord.

Mike Sharp was the walk-off hero for Levis. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Fourches third baseman hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

Sharp called the win "a collective effort."
