With left fielder Lindsay Lilly leading the charge, the Sherbrooke Privateers defeated the Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens, 10-2, at Privateers Park. Lilly, who finished 3rd in the LBQ in doubles with 24 in 1892, was 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The winning pitcher was A.J. Reddin. He tossed 140 pitches over 9 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The 'W' lifts Sherbrooke's record to 22-14.

Charles Payne dealt the Trifluviens a blow in the bottom of the second. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Sherbrooke leading 3-0, Payne, who finished 2nd in the LBQ in home runs with 8 in 1892, hit a full count fastball for a 2-run single.
