Moors, Meteors Too Much for North Stars
Jack Moors was a major factor in the 16-6 Sudbury win over Thessalon. The Meteors left fielder went 3 for 5 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 5. With the victory, the Meteors record now stands at 34-34.

Sudbury used the timely hitting of Rob Huston to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Meteors on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"It was a solid team effort," Moors said. "That's usually what it takes to win."
