Drier Finds Groove in 4-1 Triumph
Markham picked up a win at Markham Stadium, toppling the Sudbury Meteors, 4-1. Pitcher Bill Drier was one of the reasons the Wheelwrights triumphed. Markham, with the win, climbs to 23-43.

In his 108-pitch effort, Drier allowed 1 run on 5 hits over 9 innings. He walked 1 and struck out 2.
