7-6 Loss to Rapids Extends Brampton Losing Streak
Fans watched the Sault Ste. Marie Rapids and the Brampton Florists fight to the finish.

Brampton left fielder Bruce Winchester had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 7-6, to Sault Ste. Marie at Brampton Fields. Winchester was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Les Mahoney was the winner. Over 9 innings, he allowed 6 runs on 13 hits, with 6 walks and 3 strikeouts.
